In connection with IT Fest, various competitions such as Digital Painting, Working Model - Robot and Computer, Online IT Quiz, Web Site Designing and Poster Designing were held for the students at SNPS. Students largely from class I to Class XII, participated and exhibited their skills and talents on IT and Digital Competitions. Prizes and certificates were given away to the winners and participants by Sri C. Balan, President, SNPS, Sri V. Bhavadas, Vice President, SNPS, Sri Krishnaprasad, Principal and Smt. Lesitha, Vice Principal.
SNPS celebrates Onam with colourful,vibrant, full-fledged with pomp and novelty on 23 August 2023. Students and teachers in traditional attire took part in various competitions, including Pookalam, Thiruvathira, Onakkali, musical chair, etc. School Management, PTA, Staff and parents participated onam celebrations to strengthen their bonds with the students. Students, teachers, and management equally enjoyed the Onam sadhya together.
Management, Staff, Parents attended Annual General Body Meeting called by the PTA of Sree Narayana Public School for the academic year 2023. The guest speaker of this function, Sri. V.K. Sreekandan, MP inaugurated and lightened the function. Sri. R. Sasikumar, Secretary, PTA warmly welcomed all present. Sri C. Balan, President, in his speech, spoke about the crucial role the PTA plays bridging the gap between the students’ home and the school. The PTA’ s collaboration with the management of the school ensures a successful year all around. Sri S. Krishnaprasad, Principal expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the PTA for this. Sri. R. Narayanan, President of the PTA read out a brief synopsis of the activities undertaken by the PTA in the last academic year. He then presented the audience with the previous academic year’s financial report of the PTA as well. Dr. N. Sudhodhanan, Academic Director, SNPS, Sri V. Bhavadas, Vice President, SNPS, Sri V Vasudevan, Treasurer, SNPS, were also attended the function and spoke about the importance of PTA. Sri N C Gireesh Kumar, Treasurer, PTA thanked all the present.
India's 77th Independence was celebrated in the School on 15th August 2023. School Directors, Principal, Staff, PTA, Office bearers, parents and students attended the programme. Sri. C. Balan, President, SNES hoisted the flag and this was followed by flag song and salutation in a befitting manner. All the students and the teachers saluted the flag and then sang the National Anthem with nobody moved honoring it. Then followed the Cultural Programme. Patriotic Poems and Songs were recited both by the teachers and the students. SNES President who spoke on the occasion highlighted the uniqueness of our Nation and its journey hitherto.
The investiture ceremony inducted the newly elected members of the school - an act to encourage and kindle leadership qualities in our young blooming buds. Newly formed council headed by School leader comprising of Head boy, head girl, discipline leader, arts and sports captains were honoured by our respected Principal, Shri Krishnaprasad Sir along with the Vice Principal and SNPS family. The ceremony was held with great enthusiasm and dignity.
International Yoga Day is observed at SNPS on June 21, 2023 with great enthusiasm to raise awareness about the various benefits of practicing yoga. It was an extraordinary event that brought together academic directors, staff, students and yoga enthusiasts. It successfully promoted the practice of yoga and its benefits, while also emphasizing its global significance.
National Reading Day is observed at SNPS on June 19, 2023. The day marks PN Panicker’s death anniversary. Panicker travelled through the villages of Kerala and popularised the slogan, ‘Read and Grow’. Its aim is to Reading not only enhances one's knowledge but helps in improving communication skills and inculcates holistic development.
SNPS secures 100% pass in AISCE – Class X and Class XII board examination - 2023. SNPS continues to achive this spectacular victory for the 21st consecutive year. We congratulate all the students for their wonderful achievement and we congratulate all the teachers for instilling the best education for all.
SNPS celebrated world environment day on 5th June 2023. Samplings planted by KG Parents & Class XII Toppers. OISCA International delegates witnessed the celebration.
